Boise and Meridian St. Luke's hospitals welcome New Year's babies

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The Boise and Meridian St. Luke's Hospital delivered two New Year's babies.

At 12:32 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2024, Nevaeh Lilly and Ella Rose were born and welcomed by their two families.

Lilly was born to Britney Ballou and Josh DeLaune, and Ella Rose was born to Ashley and Jazmane.

St. Luke's Hospital in Nampa welcomed their New Year's baby at 4:30 a.m.

At the start of each year, St. Luke's Children's Hospital gives a gift basket to the first baby born to celebrate the new year.
